The boss here at TechnoServe Dar wanted to be able to backup his laptop, and I suggested upgrading his computer to Windows XP Pro, from Home, since Pro has a nice backup feature, and Home has nothing. Big mistake. Seems that upgrading has highlighted a hardware fault with the computer, and now it is stuck in the middle of the upgrade process with no hope of moving backwards or forwards. I am tearing my hair out here…
